I purchased sketcher pro along with the other plugins.

I've run sketcher successfully several time on a 64 bit machine but now when I need to run it for a image it keeps coming up with the artifacts despite me being licensed.

Any suggestions as this is happening at a most inopportune moment?

Welcome to the Little Ink Pot support forum.

There are very few problems reported with the Little Ink Pot plugins. The only two really raised are mentioned here. If you still don't know how to solve your problem, create a new thread and we'll respond ASAP.

The Plugins run and show previews, but do not work when I apply them
This is a problem caused in Windows Vista with Digital Execution Protection. It is a security feature that can prevent some programs from working correctly. To fix this problem, you need to tell Windows that your graphics application is safe and trusted.

Solution
Go to Start > Control Panel > System (in Windows PC's) > Advanced > Settings (Performance) > Data Execution Protection, and then add the executable for the program (such as "Photoshopcs.exe") you are wanting to allow.

The Plugins will not run on 64 bit Windows
The Little Ink Pot plugins are not currently 64bit compatible.
You may not be aware if your computer has the 64bit version of Windows installed or not. You need 64bit Windows to be able to fully access 4 GBs or more of RAM, so if you bought your PC with 4 GBs or more RAM, it is probably the 64bit flavour of Windows.

Solution
None!
